With the lack of any heavy rains TVA has been running some good weekend schedules and the fishing is turning on. Saturday was little windy so, I not able to hit all the sections I wanted but was still able to net several nice rainbows. Traditional flies were working the best: pheasant tails, princes, frenchies and hare’s all caught fish. Trout seemed to beholding in deeper water. It’s a great time to book a guided fly fishing trip on the Cumberland River.
