I took a couple weeks off to fish out west and had a great trip. I got back on the Cumberland this weekend and to my surprise the river fished really well. Water was starting to clear up when I left and the river starts losing some oxygen in July and that can hurt fishing but it didn’t this past weekend. This best time to fish right now is under some generation which seems to turn the fish on. I started out with with zebras and princes then went to mops under generation which worked really well.
