Fishing is starting to pick up on the Cumberland. Water off color, but big flies are taking nice fish. Water temp is 45 degrees so plan on nymph fishing deep holes and slower moving water. The new bridge has changed black creek fish bar a the bottom and it may be difficult to get an outboard boat past the bridge right now so be careful it the water has dropped out.
